It was so lovely to catch up for coffee and then take a spin on our mobility scooters yesterday. My friends mobility scooter is a large one unlike my portable one. Hers goes faster than mine at 10km per hour and can tackle hills like they are easy. Mine does 6.5km per hour.

Of course if you know me I am definitely going to film my journey for an Instagram reel. Here’s a screen shot of us leaving. The cruise ship is in over at White Bay Cruise Terminal. The weather is gorgeous and warm. For my song I’ve chosen Just the Two of Us by Grover Washington. An oldie but a goody.

Getting out and about is so imprtant for me. I am a social creature and have found that making ways to keep yourself out and about is so important for mental health.
